This smart beehive monitoring system helps farmers check hive weight and temperature even in remote areas without Wi-Fi. It sends live data using LTE and is designed to use very little power, lasting for months on one battery charge.


Contactless Toothbrush Sanetizer
The Contactless Toothbrush Sanitizer keeps your toothbrush covered and clean using UV light. It opens automatically when you wave at it and sanitizes the brush after use. The lid contains all electronics, making it easy to remove for charging and cleaning.



3D Model for Earbuds Case
This project involved designing a new earbuds case made for industrial use with special soundproof plugs. The 3D model was created with a focus on manufacturability and practical design. We tested the prototype using resin 3D printing to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

Timer Display for Drive Thru Resturants
This timer display helps drive-thru restaurant workers serve customers faster and more efficiently. It detects when a car arrives and starts a bright stopwatch to show how long the order has taken. This helps reduce wait times, improve service speed, and boost overall sales.





Case 3D Model for a Gaming Console
This project features a new case design for an existing gaming console, created with manufacturing efficiency in mind. We designed the entire body, including the shell and buttons, and prototyped it using resin 3D printing. It highlights our attention to detail and skill in designing complex, production-ready parts.


POC for Heat and Cool Cap
This project is a proof of concept for a battery-powered cap that can both heat and cool. The user can simply wear it, choose a mode, and enjoy a comfortable temperature experience. It was designed and prototyped to test the concept’s practicality and performance.


Sprout Hair Pin
This glowing LED sprout hairpin was designed with mass production in mind. It balances a simple design with low manufacturing cost while maintaining an attractive look. The project highlights our focus on efficient and practical product design.




Day Clock
This Day Clock shows the current date and day instead of time using a low-power e-paper display. It updates automatically at midnight and runs for months on coin cell batteries. The project highlights our expertise in designing efficient, battery-powered devices.


Smart Flavour Injection System
This Smart Flavour Injection System connects between an RO plant and a tap to add flavor automatically. It detects water flow and injects the right amount of syrup from a flavor pod. The prototype shows our ability to build smart, sensor-based fluid control systems.



Multi-Channel IoT Control Board with Power Monitoring
An IoT control board, featuring 8 channels with individual power monitoring. This fully customizable solution supports various sensors and multiple open-source home automation firmwares, enabling automation, scheduling, and remote control. Fully designed and assembled by our team.




All-in-One Indoor Agriculture Control & Monitoring Hub
We developed an indoor plants monitoring and control box for precision farming. It monitors plant growth, controls key parameters, and has preset modes for various plants. The built-in controls can adjust the environment using different actuators.





HMI for Medical device
We are managing the development and support for a sophisticated HMI on a medical device, adding new features, functionality, and crucial improvements. Built for Raspberry Pi, this software is more than a UI—it’s a control system for all machine hardware.




Temperature & Voltage Monitoring Device with Wireless Display & App
Real-time monitoring of temperature and voltage, accessible via wireless display, Android app, or data logging. Bluetooth service used for overall communication. Services include PCB design, firmware for ESP32, 3D casing model, and Android app





Smart Battery Pack Hub
This project is a smart battery pack enclosure designed to hold multiple power banks. The power banks connect magnetically, allowing them to charge simultaneously and supply power to the panel together, or be used separately to power different devices.


RC Blimp
Developed an RC blimp with a fully functional remote-controlled flight mechanism, integrating custom-built controls for precise navigation. Successfully engineered the project from design to completion, showcasing expertise in remote-controlled aerodynamics and electronics.







Portable Shower
We led the design for a compact portable shower with retractable piping, refining the concept through various 3D printed prototypes until we arrived at a complete manufacturable model ready for injection molding.

2-Channel IOT Control Board with Power Monitoring
This project features a custom IoT control board that works with open-source firmware like ESPHome. It supports two relay control channels, external sensors, OLED displays, and provides DC switching with power monitoring.








HMI for Intelligent Indoor Farming
We developed an HMI software solution for indoor agriculture featuring both manual and automatic control of environmental parameters essential for plant growth. Utilizing optimal growth data for a variety of plants, this system ensures ideal conditions, supported by test hardware for comprehensive validation.




Multi-mode SOS Flashlight
This custom flashlight was designed for travel, hiking, and SOS signaling. It features different blinking and flashing modes based on client requirements and is rechargeable with long battery life.


Smart Speaker
Designed and developed a Raspberry Pi-based smart speaker system with integrated Bluetooth connectivity, camera functionality, and RGB lighting. The system powers a high-quality sound setup, combining audio technology with smart interactive features.



Sensor Triggered Stopwatch
A multi-mode stopwatch with external sensor triggers and device synchronization capabilities. PCB design and custom firmware were developed for seamless operation.


Compact Power supply
Engineered a compact lab bench DC power supply with adjustable output (0-30V, 4A max), incorporating custom circuit design for stable performance. Designed and 3D-printed the casing, blending functionality with precision in power supply development and modeling.



Smart Relay Controller
It is a Raspberry pi based system of intelligent relay switch control with various user-defined configurations which include schedule and time based ON/OFF settings. Also, it allowed the user to create multiple device groups and configure modes accordingly.

Farm Automation Web App and Firmware
Developed an IoT system using ESP32 microcontrollers to control and monitor farm operations, featuring 48 relay outputs and 24 magnet/reed switches. Our team delivered robust firmware and a mobile-friendly web interface for easy control and real-time monitoring.


Ultra-Compact Waterproof LED
Developed a series of ultra-compact, 3D-printed waterproof LED prototypes, refining the design through multiple iterations. The final version integrates a mechanical button for reliable switching, optimizing durability and performance for various applications.



PCB Design for IoT
We developed a custom PCB for IoT, handling everything from schematic design to final production. It works with ESPHome, integrates with smart assistants, and allows sensor interfacing with relay control based on sensor data.

Power Bank for POE Camera (Lab-Prototyped)
A custom PCB for a backup power system for POE cameras, managing battery charging and power distribution. Designed and prototyped in-house, it integrates power inputs, outputs, and battery connections for seamless functionality.




3D Printer Control Board
This is a custom 3D printer control board based on the ESP32, designed and assembled by us. We also manufactured it using our in-house PCB fabrication setup. It runs Marlin firmware and is the first 3D printer control board made in Pakistan.







Custom CNC Control Boards
We created a series of CNC control boards that we designed, manufactured, and assembled ourselves. These custom boards work with both FluidNC and GRBL firmware and are tailored for small CNC machines.


Signal Processing PCB prototype for a specific application
A custom-designed PCB for signal processing, built in-house with PCB fabrication and circuit assembly. Our team handled both the design and firmware development, delivering a functional prototype to meet the client’s specific requirements.
